Self-serve domain parking program increases use of keyword hints.
Google Adsense for Domains “online”, the self-serve domain monetization offering for individual domain name owners, is expanding its use of keyword hints.
Keyword hints are keyword suggestions provided by domain owners when they submit their domain names to Google Adsense.
As Google explains it:
These keywords are suggestions supplied to Google by domain owners about the types of content users are looking for when they arrive on an undeveloped domain. They are used to help our system determine the best ads to place on these domains. For example, with the domain www.rockstarsand.com, a publisher might suggest the keywords “bitumen” and “mining” so that ads may appear from advertisers offering oil extraction products.
Without the keyword hints, the domain might show ads for music, Rock Star games, Rock Star drinks, etc.
Presumably keyword hints were used less often in the past, or not given as much weight.
Instructions for adding keyword hints are here.

Anyone using Google Adsense for Domains? Would be interested to hear how it performs compared to parking providers.

@DomainersChoice
I use Adsense Domains for international traffics, they are performing way better with other parking services.
For USA, Canada and Europe traffics, then my personal choice is Parked.
Though I’m developing my domains, currently not doing well in revenue but traffic had increase ten fold. For example, FairfaxCity.com from 40+ to 500-1000 a day. I think it’s working. I need to make some ad placement testing.
My primary goal is to develop 3-5 websites a day, then optimize them later on. Maybe add more features, services and local based CMS template.
Hope this help.

So if you owned appleme.com, would it suggest computer and neighborhood restaurant ads? Beware showing ads which trigger trademark infringement issues.
EM @ KING.NET says
I tried to stay away in any common trademarks. I’m a entrepreneur and can’t afford to spend time dealing with C&D sent by their lawyers.
There are plenty of domain names out there.

adsense for domains works well with keywords. but expired traffic cant do well
Jay Was Here says
It seems as if adsense for domains can only benefit you if you have a domain that everyone would type..old traffic to that domain would probably never work.
