This is an important sale for Sedo, which has not seemed to have had as many publicly released six figures sales lately.
Over at Afternic, I received a notice today that YMA.com sold for $88,888. It’s premature to call this a done deal as I don’t know who the bidder is, but keep an eye on this one. Given the final price it looks like it may have been a sale through BuyDomains.
There’s an interesting auction going on at Sedo that you should keep your eyes on. iPhone.mobi has 4 bids and is currently $3,100. There’s also an auction for 3gIphone.com that has one bidder for $4,000.

Great to see Sedo as a major participant in the ICA selling TM infringing domains.

@ Mr. Obvious – in this case I don’t know that iphone is trademarked. Afterall, it was another company that had trademarked it before Apple introduced the phone. But 3giphone.com certainly seems problematic.
