Domain name parking companies continue to innovate. Representatives of major domain name parking programs provided updates on their services and new features this evening in Seattle.
Ron Sheridan of DomainSponsor announced that the company will roll out a one-click lander by the end of the year. DomainSponsor is also active with domain portfolio leasing, in which it prepays for six to twelve months of traffic. DomainSponsor has moved into direct ad sales through its revenue.net platform. By adding direct advertiser relationships, DomainSponsor feels it can boost RPMs.
Donny Simonton of Parked made several announcements regarding its program. Just today, the company launched the ability to upload your own images, change your fonts, and change colors. In the next two weeks users will be able to add text, video, news feeds, etc. to their pages. Soon you’ll also be able to access heat maps to see where people are clicking on your landing page. Parked now has 7500 templates and supports 30 different languages.

In the near future, RevenueDirect plans to share all log data with customers to help them understand where their traffic is originating. In the coming weeks, RevenueDirect will allow customers to upload their own images.
Fabulous launched “Fabulous.com +” (pronounced “Fabulous Plus”). This is an updated version of its parking program. It includes a landing page editor that allows customers to change page structure, colors, and images. Fabulous gave a live demo of the editing program, and it appears easy to use.
