Company releases salary data comparing salaries.
GoDaddy released internal salary and gender data today as part of its efforts to improve gender diversity at the tech company.
Overall, women earned slightly more than men is similar positions at the company last year. For every dollar a man made, a woman earned $1.01.
The only segment of the company in which women earned less than men was in leadership.
Women still make up just about a quarter of the company’s workforce, but the company is doing a good job of filling the tech funnel with women: half of newly-graduated engineering hires are women.

WOW how big of GD. The funniest attempt at cheap advertising GD has ever put out. What has happened to our country where people think they are so put out. I have been through a few crashes and things could be so much worse. What will all of those women do at GD with that extra penny?
Joseph Peterson says
As far as I’m concerned, any company that CAN boast about its fairness to women – especially this week – is welcome to boast.
People who boast about the opposite have received plenty of free publicity. Why not some good news for a change?
