Materia.com was transferred after UDRP but respondent got the domain back.
Michele Dinoia lost the domain name Materia.com as the respondent in a UDRP in August.
Now he has the domain name back.
He filed suit in September against California company Materia, Inc, which had won the domain in the UDRP.
He asked the court to stay the transfer of the domain to Materia after the UDRP and for a finding of reverse domain name hijacking.
The registrar had already transferred the domain name to Materia.
According to court records, Dinoia dismissed the case contingent on Materia transferring the domain name back to his possession. According to whois records, the transfer back has been completed.
Both parties agreed to pay their own legal costs.
