Craig Schwartz, formerly with ICANN, is managing director of fTLD. Unlike other new top level domain name companies, fTLD was set up by industry associations to run the .bank and .insurance domain names for the benefit of its members. Craig discusses this approach and its success so far, and also gives his opinion on the state of new top level domains.
