A good resource for domain name disputes.
There are a handful of sites I visit multiple types a day, in part to get content for Domain Name Wire. One of these is David Lahoti’s UDRPSearch.com.
The free (and ad-less) site makes it easy to see updates on UDRP cases across WIPO, National Arbitration Forum, Czech Arbitration Court and ADNDRC.
In addition to viewing the latest case filings and results, UDRPSearch has simple but powerful search features.
Highlight any text and it will populate the search box and search based on the data. For example, highlight a complainant and you can search for all cases it has filed.
There’s also a free text field to allow you to search more broadly. I use this to search for cases filed by particularly lawyers, or to find cases resolved by a specific panelist.
UDRPSearch.com is a great, free resource for the domain name industry. I also want to give a quick thanks to Nat Cohen for running RDNH.com, a site that chronicles reverse domain name hijacking cases.
John Berryhill says
I’ve been using UDRPsearch for a long time.
One issue with RDNH.com is that NAF recently re-organized their site, which broke all of the links to decisions there.
