Third installment of gTLD Strategy Congress returns to New York City in March.
The 3rd Digital Marketing & gTLD Strategy Congress is coming to New York City March 3-4 at the Dream Hotel.
Momentum Event Group, the show’s organizer, has published the conference guide and agenda (pdf). It appears the show will be good for a wide variety of people involved with new TLDs as the domains launch next year. The audience at previous events has been primarily existing applicants as well as non-applicant brands.
The March event will include a case study of .NYC (thus far), discussions about search and new TLDs, costs of launching a domain in the market, discussions about using a .brand top level domain, and a how to sell premium domain names. I’m particularly interested in a session titled “Why We Didn’t Apply, Why We Withdrew – Unique Insights from Round 1 Non-Applicant and Withdrawn TLDs.”
Top level domain companies already scheduled for the conference include .kiwi, .club, .latin, .vegas, .gop, and .tickets.
Conference passes are $1,295 until January 13. Discounts are available for multiple passes.
Domain Name Wire is a media sponsor for the event.
