“Gold Community” objects to .Gold top level domain

A sign of things to come in community objections against new TLDs?

After posting yesterday about some of the objections to Donuts’ new top level domain applications, I received word that the company has received an additional community objection…

on .Gold.

Yes, apparently the “gold community” has objected to .gold.

The case was filed by the World Gold Council, which is the only competing applicant for the .gold domain.

Perhaps someone O-G’d.

24kgold.com is pretty close to worthless; maybe worth $500 (Estibot says it’s worth $1,000, but I don’t see it).

Truth, trust me the highest offer was low $1x,xxx :)

It earns more than $500 by parking in a few months.
