Simon & Schuster buys rights to Marc Ostrofsky’s Get Rich Click book

Famous domain investor sells his book to major publishing house.

Get Rich ClickSimon & Schuster has purchased the rights to Marc Ostrofsky’s Get Rich Click book, sending him on new PR rounds. This means more evangelizing about the domain name industry.

Yesterday Ostrofsky was interviewed by Fox Business in a segment called “How to Make Money From Domain Names” (see below).

Ostrofsky is perhaps most famous for selling Business.com for $7.5 million (some in equity) and helping to spark the goldrush in domain names.

Ostrofsky did a masterful job promoting his book, making all the right PR moves and placements to put in on the New York Times bestseller list.

The book will soon be published in India, Australia, New Zealand, and China, Ostrofsky wrote on his Facebook page.

The best way to make money on the internet is to tell other people how to make money on the internet.

    It’s not rocket science.

@Kevin. You don’t strike me as a “those that can’t, teach” kind of guy. Mark’s probably made more money doing than teaching.

Stay tuned for his next book. How to get rich as a serial typosquatter and domain extension gamer. How are those .eu registrations working out for you Marc0.It is sad that people still give this pathological squatter props. Under his control IREIT was amoung the biggest typosquatting plays which ripped off thousands and thousands of brand owners and advertisers including those who funded him. Shame shame. Fortunately for Mark 0 people have short memories and are blinded by the prize.

For a guy who reportedly lost tens of millions of dollars for IREIT, he sure is knowledgeable about how to make money on the internet.

    What a horrible story.
