GoDaddy.co Girl Is Joan Rivers

Surprise! New Go Daddy .co girl is Joan Rivers.

Go Daddy’s .co commercial is now online and the new GoDaddy.co girl is…

Joan Rivers?

Yeah, so if you were guessing based on those photos of her body, you were probably off by a bit. Of course that’s not her real body you’ve been seeing. The idea is that if Joan Rivers can reinvent her “body”, you can reinvent yourself with .co.

I guess I was right that she was wearing a wig — or that that wasn’t her real hair color. I was also right that it wouldn’t be someone from Colombia. But I was wrong that they wouldn’t introduce the .co girl during the TV version of the commercial.

The commercial will air during the first quarter of the Super Bowl tonight.

I guess NSI’s “moral high ground” video falls a bit flat now.

    I loved it. It’s a group talker.

No one is going to forget that. Not even in your sleep.

Besides everyone loves Joan Rivers. She even won the Apprentice.

We loved your commercial GODADDY.CO The whole family knew Joan Rivers. The ages are 11-47yrs. It will be remembered. The front page is boring. Get your Dream Team to work. They do amazing work! We love your company! CONGRATS, GODADDY.CO

    Joan Rivers and .co.

    Perfect match indeed:

A phony star for a phony extension.

    Simply perfect.

    .co is .confusing

It was funny and that was the end of that.

MAYBE some people MIGHT remember it was a GoDaddy commercial but I’d say maybe 1% will remember the .co tie in and maybe .1% of that actually registered a .co domain… probably less.

Waiting to see the press release from .co on how many new registrations they get from the commercial.

    @Bintangweb,

Do you live in the same country where they make Bintang? Just curious because I do, and don’t know any domainers here.
