Texas Governor Rick Perry Domain Name Expires
Thursday, May 13th, 2010
RickPerry.com domain expires; official site is hosted on .org.
Texas Governor Rick Perry is in the middle of a gubernatorial race, which isn’t a good time for the RickPerry.com domain name to expire.
The governor’s main campaign web site, operated by Texans for Rick Perry, is RickPerry.org. But that doesn’t keep people from visiting the .com address by mistake.
For the past year RickPerry.com has forwarded to or mirrored the .org web site. Then the domain name expired on May 4, showing a parked page full of ads instead.
RickPerry.com appears to be owned by an entity called CampaignWeb. The registered contact is Robert Holcomb.
This isn’t the first time the RickPerry.com domain name has expired. Just last year it expired at the same time, although the owner came back to renew it during the grace period before it was deleted.

Typical Gov’t and Gov’t employee business as usual….not worth a dang at administering anything.
It didn’t expire. It seceded.
Is it worth $18 billion to cover the state’s deficit? The state is in dire need of money.
I now own http://www.rickperry.net not sure what to do with it! any ideas??
