		<description>Here is the major problem with Icann having a contract with NAF and CAC, Icann is terrible at negotiating.

I suspect they agree to everything asked of them.  Look at the Verisign contract !!!

Somehow, I feel we will once again be soldout to the IP lawyers/lobbyist.</description>

		<description>I do wish that ICANN would keep this item on their agenda for future discussion. Despite their past errors, ICANN remain in a unique position to make good decisions moving forward. Helping to raise the integrity level of UDRP providers is very, very important. 

The recent revelations about NAF are disgusting and disappointing. Personal bias must be removed from those proceedings. NAF have answering to do. ICANN need to remain on the right side of this issue, and if they do, that can go a long way in restoring good will and confidence that stakeholder interests are valued.</description>
