		<description>My crystal ball is no better than Michael Palage&#039;s, but I think that (a) the next DAG will address all the &quot;overarching issues&quot; that have been open for too long (May/June 2010); (b) ICANN will accept comments on the next DAG in Brussels through the early fall and approve the Applicant Guidebook at the ICANN annual meeting in Dec. 2010; (c) the AG will be published in Jan/Feb 2011; (d) ICANN will begin accepting applications in Q3 2011; (e) first applications will be approved in Q2 2012; (f) registrations of names in new TLDs will start resolving in latter part of 2012.
