This conduct was carried out by an individual at a corporation who was in a position to do it, the corporation benefited, the oversee purchase gives the assumption of the liabilities of their acquisition, the good bad and the ugly.
These are complicated legal issues, and lay persons are ill equipt to navigate them, like it or not Andrew lawyers make a living going after people and corporations like these.</description>
