Quote -
" I say, too bad for the seller, if he gets greedy"

Spoken like a buyer.
Why sell a premium domain during this lean period if you don't need the revenue?

If it sold for $ 10K today, 6 months from now it will be worth much more.

Hi, What happened to your WeeklyPlanner.com at Luxury? It was bid on, but not included in the results! Guess you had an arrangement with Luxury to meet a reserve . . . which the public is unaware of.

Those names above, some make sense, like SBC.com, being that it is valued at $59,000 on Valuate, but some one can only say, there has to be some big value placed on branding, because MyLikes.com doesn't value very high!

For that matter, SanFrancisco.net was bid on twice at SnapNames' latest monthly [geo] auction for over $10,000, but it also didn't make the list: http://showcase.snapnames.com/2009/12/december-showcase-auction Guesss the reserve was much higher . . . I say, too bad for the seller, if he gets greedy. It's like homesales, sometimes you need to accept the offer instead of hold out for top value!
