I hope Walmart does go after the owners of the peopleofwalmart website. Now those idiots have a book coming out to make more money off of unsuspecting people. I highly doubt they have authorization from everyone they are publishing pictures of, especially since people on the site brag about how they hide while taking photos of shoppers at Walmart without being seen. Some people need to shop at Walmart as they can't afford better and why should they be belittled or degraded by a bunch of aging frat boys making money off of them.

Disgusted European, the individual doing something without the permission of others is the opposite of fascism. You sound like someone who really enjoys being part of the collective. Now, roll over, and let the State rub your belly. Good boy!

Marc J. Randazza, why are you in favour of this website? Why doesn't anybody think of the people being depicted there, without their permission. You U.S. people don't care about human rights, that's pure fascism.

Ben,

You are precisely wrong. If someone wants to know what the law is, they should read your comment and then think the opposite of what you think.

This is fair use.

walmart can shut down people of walmart anytime they want for unnauthorized used of their prety obvious trademark.

They can squash them like a bug if they wanted to. WalMart has an army of lawyers working for them. I hope they dont but I suspect days are numbered for people of walmart.
