Something also to take in consideration.

Denic applied a rule for registrar’s which most people are not aware of.

Denic will only accept 5 domains per minute and per registration provider. Which means Sedo better have hundreds of registrars working with them.

Counting it down? All Domains should be registerd within the first 5 minutes when Denic opens the gates, meaning each registrar would be able to grab a max of 25 Domains total.

I personally know several companies refused to work with Sedo.

This will be a tough nut to crack and Sedo will be lucky to acquire 10 % of the domains they auctioned off.
