The Renaissance has around 630+ rooms. I would guess 50 to 65% of the rooms were used for DomainFest. The special rate was around $ 199. which was very good. The Fairmont has approx. 300 rooms. And, the special rate is going to be around $ 240. The Fairmonts are excellent hotels so it should be first class. Or, are they figuring a number of locals attending? If they had over 600 people last year, they must be expecting less this time unless they want us to share a room.
