If the old Icann was asking this, it would be like asking us what color to paint the building while they are building a heliport on the top of the building, wood paneling throughout and a spa for the employees. Maybe, the new guy is sincere if they are asking for our opinion. Sorry, I just had to get in the cheap shot.
