I will say that Rod is a marketing guy, which is something ICANN needs. Hopefully we'll see a change in course.

Why would anyone want to spend time helping give ICANN advice on their website, when they regularly ignore advice and comments about important issues?

I really hope the new guy is going to make Icann more responsive to the stakeholders rather than just the IP community and some employees.

If the old Icann was asking this, it would be like asking us what color to paint the building while they are building a heliport on the top of the building, wood paneling throughout and a spa for the employees.

Maybe, the new guy is sincere if they are asking for our opinion.

Sorry, I just had to get in the cheap shot.
