Most of the WIPOs would be cheaper if complainant would offer $2K to the domain owner. Instead, lawyers charge $5~$10K and they lose sometimes, too. Sad reality - world (and especially USA) is run but scrupuous people, usually bellow average intelligent, who call themself ESQ (!)
