DevHub Releases Improved Web Site Editor

Web site building platform releases improvements.

Hosted web site creation service DevHub has released an improved editor that allows users to develop their domain names faster.
The editor is now compatible with Internet Explorer 7 and 8. It also lets you see all of your content, including flash videos and widgets, immediately when you add them to your page. This makes it easier to layout pages. Publishers can now cash out their earnings when they hit just $5.00.
DevHub is a hosted solution for developing domain names. It makes it easy to lay out pages, pull in monetization widgets such as pay-per-click ads and affiliate product listings, and add content to pages. For example, you can create a long tail geo web site in a few minutes with the local directory widget.
Here is a screenshot of the improved editor:

Anybody have any love or hate comments?
DevHub is live streaming on its web site, too. I had to remove DevHub’s comment about that because it messed up the formatting here…feel free to re-add.
I would recommend http://tinyurl.com/ for any long URLs.
Rob – you can also use standard HTML linking in the comments section to remove long URLs.
I gave them a shot, and am still experimenting with them. I still have not formed a final opinion. I’ve been using them about five months.
I noticed that most of the sites never got indexed, even after five months now, but a few did…..so it’s not all bad
I definitely did not like the minimum $100 payout before. I just don’t like it when any company does that…..PayPal is very easy to send and there is no reason to wait for $100 to accrue. Really small publishers would have to wait a year to reach that, and of course many will abandon it and DevHub would keep the money obviously. This was a GOOD move by DevHub if they want to get serious folks using it. Even big players won’t use services sometimes if the payout threshhold is really high. It’s a red flag that shows how the company operates.
So far, IMO, I’d say that overall it is a great alternative to parking, and the sites can be created in three to five minutes literally. That is, without any real decent content.
Rob is recommending http://tinyurl.com/ but the problem is that they are not search engine friendly.
I just went to check on the payout threshhold and it is still set at $100.
I have no idea what they are saying it’s at $5 now. If it is they did not update their site….kinda’ slack, really.
