Keep in mind that the registry renews domains automatically for a year upon expiration.  The registrar has a certain period of time to cancel the registration and get a credit for it.</description>

I tried to submit the support ticket for months but the problem has still not resolved. I see many other domainers have the same problem at Moniker; however, they may not know about the issue.</description>
