Are you sure the City of New York would be paying the application fee for the .NYC TLD?

I thought Anthony Van Couvering&#039;s group was spearheading the app for .NYC and wanted to bring the City on board by offering a commission for every .NYC domain sold.

My understanding is that the offer was to sell .NYC domains for $10 and the City would get one third.

So which end is up?</description>
