Are there other parking sites out there like whypark.com that allow the user to manage the home page content text, title, description and keywords. I know parked.com does but I’m looking for more sites like whypark where you can add your own 3rd party affiliate links…

Any response would be appreciated…

We want to thank our users for helping WhyPark win this survey by DNW, and we also thank Dub-A for putting this "new" category up.

We would also like to encourage domainers to try out the other contenders mentioned in this survey, because putting content on your domain name is THE new future of domain monetization. Each company listed in this survey has their own features and benefits, but nothing negative can be said about any of them. Your results depend on what your needs are, your domain portfolio type, and what you can afford. Any of these companies in this survey can help you attain much better results than just parking them for a standard "landing page" (based on typein traffic, which WhyPark doesn't compete with). Check them all out, and try and test a few domains with each company to see the value they can bring.

WhyPark has exciting news and website updates coming shortly that will greatly increase domainer benefits, so stay tuned!

Typical clueless domainers... LOL

"cool header"

:)

It is so easy to impress domainers --- all it takes is a fancy header on a site and it's a done deal.

This is why domain parking pages are the "it" thing.

Cool headers... Yup.

@ John - um, yeah. First of all, only two of the companies on the list have a high entry point; all the others are basically free whereas WhyPark costs money. As for suggesting WhyPark "sponsored" this, I don't think I even need to waste time answering that.

Give me a break. Anyone can pay and use WhyPark, but many of the other alternatives in this "survey" either has a high price or very high entry-level. It's like asking customers at Walmart where they prefer to shop.

Like the saying goes: "Lies, damned lies, and statistics".

Let me guess who sponsored this survey..

GREAT graphic.

I look forward to your review of all the alternatives.

There are two more alternatives to parking.

1. Create your own sales site and sort domains by category into separate pages. Point relevant domains to the appropriate category page with ads or domains for sale in that same category.

I use this strategy for my domain business.

2. Build one good site that is the best in a category you have. For example, say you have 20 gambling domains. Build ONE great gambling website with ads, affiliates, original content etc THEN point all relevant domains to that one site. Build more sites for each category of domains that you have.

I use this strategy for my Caribbean domain network.

Neither of these alternatives will get any of the pointing domains any search engine love but at least you have developed one landing page for all of them that you control 100%.
