@Ricardo..if thats the case..then there is a good chance your acct manager isn't doing his/her job..get another acct manager..i personally know 5 acct managers at DS and they all take good care of clients.

@mike..what you must understand is that there is huge amount of data processing which occurs in the backend. Not to mention the feed provider in this case Google has to send updates on stats. Are you familiar with Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing..their stats usually delayed by 2 hours..The stats run on a database which has to process them and generally seperate servers extract the data..its not just a matter of displaying your stats..

@ complainer

You don't see a problem with having to wait 15 minutes for stats that are all messed up

Before they put op the new interface the stats used to work and they were fast. I've even had to wait 30 minutes for DS stats to process.

@ complainer
"Instead of whining so much..maybe build a relationship with your account manager and you will see much better results.."

I disagree. I have very good relationships with all of my acct managers, it doesn't help past the initial setup.

The ppc guys are cutting back just to survive this downturn.
Domainers ppc revenue and support services will feel the cutback.

@ tacker ....you are a typical publisher who complains a lot yet continue to conduct business with them..if you aren't happy move on..there are dozens of other companies that will accept you (unless you are a complainer everywhere else and no one wants you)..

Piece of advise..Instead of whining so much..maybe build a relationship with your account manager and you will see much better results..
