I sympathize with frustration over technical issues. Sometimes you do everything you can and a minor bug will rear its head anyway. Working through these issues will only make the interface stronger and more full proof in months ahead.

The auction never ended, we took the servers down about ten minutes before end of auction and put them back up about 10 minutes after auction was suppose to end. The servers this time did not crash but were taken down due to technical issues, in particular, many users could not log in the system and loading issues for some who were logged in the system.

We hope to get things together, going to take our time though to regroup.
