Could go either way. 10% is not much of a cut really. 

It seems too cosmetic but I agree with the overlap but then again they say the cuts are equal across all three companies. 

That just sounds silly. 

You cut and snap or moniker and claim overlap or you cut at domainsponsor because parking rev is down or you cut 33% because the bombshells are coming in. 

But 10% across the board, just sounds strange.</description>
