I had one domain hosted at whypark for quite a while (I got a free one domain preview coupon way back), and its age rank 3 and ranks quite well for its search terms. It has earned more than enough to pay for not only the domain name but also the hosting. I finally pinched enough pennies away from the wife to buy the whole package.

It has only been about six weeks since I set up ~20 more domains, so no big bucks yet, but most of my sites are earning an average of $0.10 a day. Not bad considering that I haven't created many backlinks for them yet. My first WhyPark domain is averaging $0.50 a day for the "massively competitive" keyword Fargo Wedding Planning. HAHAHAHA But seriously, 100 sites making fifty cents a day turns into some nice cash at the end of the year.

One thing I have done with my 6 weeks of learning is compile a list of advanced tips to get more out of your whypark account. If you already use whypark, check it out at http://www.timmyth.com/page.cfm/id/39785. If you are still trying to decide if WhyPark is worth it, visit http://www.timmyth.com/page.cfm/id/39708

@John - The biggest thing to earning money with WhyPark is to continue building links to it. I am able to put adsense on my sites, so I don't know if you just missed that big box on the account setup page for you adsense code or what. It is true that google will choose not to display ads on pages that are unuasually similar to pages already in their network, but that was not directed specifically at whypark. Any website that appeared to have largely the same content as other pages took this hit. Simply build backlinks so that you appear to be a vlid resource and consider crafting your own set of templates.

I've got a coupla' hundred names parked with EVO.Not seeing real money...but the fact that they develop a site that roughly signals what I'm trying to do with the domain-gives me options to find potential end users who might be inspired to buy it now that an outline is in place.

"5. Try an automated site development platform. Domain parking works, but automated site development services can help you get search engine traction and potentially more revenue. Two examples are WhyPark and EvoLanding ."

Maybe its just me, but I have a WhyPark account which was great when you could serve up Adsense on the domains, but they now have their own network with limited relevant ads. Not too mention Google seems to be penalizing the domain once it comes off of the network. I have tried to develop some of the domains that were once on the WhyPark network, however they seem to be banned from search ranks, and the Adsense does not show up on them. Has anyone else tried to develop a previously parked WhyPark domain using adsense? I feel like my domains that I had put onto the network are now useless for personal parking development.
