Frank, try moving your domains to a yahoo-based company and see if it changes.

The rumor claims that Google won't show ads on the pages, so no one will profit from click-throughs.

This is good in longterm business model but will definitely hurts some domainers.

Go for the better, develop your domains.

"1. Parkers that depend on residual backlinks to their domains may be hurt."

What an understatement. Since the changes, the back-linked domains I purchased don't make a cent. Yet I show the traffic hasn't changed, they're getting the same average daily traffic.

The bigger question becomes; Does Google keep the entire revenue generated from the click throughs?

I've personally cut back on all my domain purchases. Developing the domains would be the best possible option, however the required time and resource commitments are not trivial. It's a good thing hosting fees have become more reasonable.
