Thanks for the update Andrew.
After the lackluster low reserve auction, these prices are quite an improvement. It looks like it was (is?) a lively auction.
I’m at the airport now, but it looks like a number of good sales have gone through. I actually thought the low reserve auction went rather well.
Thank you for the update! Its good to see domains holding steady despite the overall economic slowdown. I am also happy to see that GasPrices.com sold for $225,000. since I own FuelPriceComparison.com and am only asking $25,000. for it!… if anyone is interested, or knows of someone who is, you can reach me at rec3@cox.net
Well, you were there, you would know better than I. I was just comparing the total brought in at the low reserve auction ($62,000?) from this year vs. last year when it was over $100,000.
I hope to hear your impressions of the conference especially any information that could be useful to the ordinary investor (i.e., not a multimillionaire).
Moniker – this was a good auction – moved along well -
[...] was live on site at the Orlando Traffic East conference during the Moniker auction and he reports some interesting domain [...]
@ Antoinette – I think last year’s early auction had twice as many domains though.
Some good sales right there.
Thanks Andrew for the update.
Great job Moniker. I’m looking forward to future shows. Nice to see the name domain names doing well.
