That screaming sound you hear is my portfolio stubbing it’s toe.I’ve got a lotta’ .MOBI.Of course mobile devices will become more feature rich & therefore not need to pare down content.I will however keep some of the domains I created for gambling related .MOBI.I can see casinos loading your phone with comps,perks, & points.

No brainer to use the .com instead of .mobi. Why rebranding if you can do http://m.king.net or http://www.king.net/mobile or http://www.king.net/wireless

with your existing company domain name.

Doesn’t make any sense.

Rick Latona had posted on his blog, that he will never buy a dot mobi.

Don’t get me wrong, just like acura. I bought some .mobi to protect our website brand.

I’m going to buck the comment trend.

As mobile devices become more sophisticated why would the user want a pared-down version of a site? Okay, I can think of a bunch of reasons too.

The main point is that human nature will prevail and people will go to the .com side of the site. The server will detect that you are on a cheap little crappy wap device and automatically serve the right pages.

Why do you need .mobi?
