I thought Perth.com was worth a lot more than $200k , maybe it did not have a lot of exposure before the auction. I bet the buyer is pleased.

SanFrancisco.US - What a great name! Easily worth much more than 25k. I'd be fine to sit on that one, no hurry. Huge population, many businesses/real estate companies, tech, tourism. Matter of time.

213.com and 408.com...Los Angeles and San Jose respectively...very nice domains. But I haven't seen many successful area code domains. I looked into buying 512 once (Austin). The seller asked for $20k. Many big cities have a couple area codes, which makes it harder to brand with it.

Great roundup Andrew. It does look like there was some post-auction activity. For instance, during the auction Fresno.us was passed at $3,000 and now it looks like it sold for $4,800.

I hope that you get the prices you are looking for on your domains!
