Geoff,

I think the article about Parsons is good. It certainly shows his personality — which could be good or bad. I agree that he’s helping out the industry for the most part.

For those who haven’t seen the article, it’s on page 126 of the December issue. I highly recommend everyone pick up this issue; it also has the article about Demand Media.

There is an interview with Bob Parson in this month’s Business 2.0. You can tell in the article that he is committed to taking over the registrar market. This is fine with me as I believe GoDaddy can do more for the industry as whole than a bunch of smaller companies. I read in the interview that he has asembled a team lobbyist to fight against inflated prices proposed for some of the new country domains. We need someone with power and money to fight the shady practices of regulating committies.
