As a real estate broker and domainer, i've long thought that domains should be treated more like the real estate they are, more specifically condominiums. A ConDomain.com would be where you actually get clear title and use of a specified area of a given domain name. A CondoName.com would be where you own clear title to an extension of a domain name, ie.. USA.com/RealEstate whereby "real estate" could be owned by Re/Max. They would have the same qualities and features as a typical condo, could be sold, subleased (where Re/Max allows GMAC Mortgage to use the space for 3 hrs a day), etc.. Who do I see about making this happen? First to market could be a winner! Thanks.

[...] Remember my post here about title insurance for domain names? Well it’s not crazy at all to some folks. In fact this article over at DomainNameWire discusses it as if expecting it as a neccessary part of “doing business” in the business environment we currently operate in. How might they operate? Take a read a DNW and think about it for a while. Guess my “webtitle.org” name might come in handy someday after all. [...]
