Fabulous also screen every single domain that gets added to their parking system and are very aggressive at removing TM issue domains. If the TM owners choose *not* to go after a high profile publicly traded company monetizing their brands, it weakens their hand on future TM cases. Personally I hope they get taken to the cleaners as I've never had a good experience with Marchex, ever. Marchex have no excuse.
