		<description>Pakistan have been particularly vociferous regarding American control over the &#039;inter&#039;net.  If they go next who else might follow?   

Please try to understand, the USA may have military dominance in the world but it certainly does not have the moral majority. Even if only a &#039;psuedo&#039; international body (I&#039;m thinking the EU and, say, a couple countries each from the other continents/ideologies), the US needs, at least, to begin, to hand over control in order to nip this thing in the bud.  

Do we really want to swap the Cold War for the Com Wars - I don&#039;t think so.
