Ethos.com sells for $27,778 at Afternic

Ethos.com sold for $27,778 today on Afternic. My guess is that this domain has been picked up by Ethos Water, which was recently purchased by Starbucks. Ethos Water supports bringing clean water to the masses. But they only donate a nickel to the cause for each bottle sold. If you’ve ever purchased bottled water at Starbucks you know that five cents isn’t a big percentage. If they contributed five cents per bottle to their domain name fund, it would take 555,560 bottles of water to pay for this domain
