VideosGratis.com sells for $66,204

DNJournal has posted its latest domain name sales figures for last week.

VideosGratis.com sold for $66,204 through NameDrive, a new PPC provider and domain brokerage. I have been testing about 10 names at NameDrive for the past couple weeks and will issue a review on Domain Name Wire within a few more weeks.

Other big .com sales last week were ByOwnerMLS.com for $50,620, TVshow.com for $43,200, and AAH.com for $25,000.

There was an interesting sale on the new TLD side as Natural Foods Inc bought another .US food domain. The catch is that the domain is WholeFoods.us, the famous grocer based in my home town of Austin. I have to imagine a trademark battle over this domain. A number of other .us domains sold, including NaturalFoods.us for €2,500, Herb.us for $2,500, FashionModel.us for $2,000, and GiftBasket.us for $1,450.
