Lofts.com sells for $100k

DNJournal’s latest sales report is out, and last week had yet another 6-figure sale! Lofts.com sold for $100,000 in a private transaction. That seems like a good price to me, as lofts continue to be an up-and-coming housing option in major U.S. cities. Sedo had a great week, unloading WebDesign.co.uk for €37,756 and GraceWorks.ORG for $25,000. Yep, you read that right. A two word dot.org for $25,000!

Expiring domains also commanded top dollar, with Pool auctioning off ScienceMuseum.com for $18,277 and SnapNames auctioning off Flowchart.com for $15,250 and GourmetBasket.com for $15,000.

On the .biz side, Dance.biz sold for €1,650 and Cookbooks.biz sold for €670. This follows my purchase of Deals.biz for €1,300 a couple weeks ago. Afternic has a few new TLD domains closing soon that look like good deals: Guy.info (currently $895), Cry.info (currently $525), and Text.biz (currently $200). Click over to Afternic to bid on these domains before they sell for these low prices.

As always, check out domain name super site DNJournal.com for the latest sales figures.
