News.net sells for $150,000 at Sedo

Sedo.com sold News.net for $150,000 last week, one of the (if not the) highest reported .net sales I can recall. SnapNames auctioned off PhoneFree.com for $61,361. I’d like to see the look on the face of the person that let that domain name expire!

There were a couple more .ws domain sales last week as well. Lawsuits.ws sold for $600 and Documents.ws sold for $450.

.info had a few great sales: Golfreisen.info (German) for €4,000, Lima.info for $2,500, MachuPicchu.info for $2,450, and Blogger.info for $2,000. Blogger.info traded hands at DNForum.
